After finishing a four-year medical degree from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona, Dr. Stoker completed residency training in a unique community health center-based program at Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center in Hillsboro, west of Portland. After residency, he spent over five years at Intermountain Healthcare, the University of Utah, and the Utah Pain Relief Institute before returning to Oregon. Dr. Stoker is happy to return to a Federally Qualified Health Center like KHP because the focus is on providing access to care for everyone.

Dr. Stoker’s clinical interests include nutrition, pain management, preventive medicine, and mental health. He speaks Spanish fluently and enjoys the great outdoors of the Klamath Basin.
