Pharmacy Services

At Klamath Health Partnership, we believe that our on-site pharmacy helps our patients overcome barriers to getting the medications they need. Our pharmacy offers a discounted prescription fee for patients who are eligible for our sliding scale program. Our staff works closely with your care team to ensure you receive the safest, most effective, and affordable medications.

Our pharmacy is available to all patients of Klamath Health Partnership who receive primary care, dental, or mental health services at any of our locations: Klamath Open Door, Pine Street Open Door, Chiloquin Open Door, Campus Convenient Care, and our County School-Based Health Center.

Q: What are the prices for medications?
A: The pharmacy offers competitive prescription pricing, with thousands of medications available at discounted rates. Many generic medications are priced at $4 or less.

Q: How can I transfer my prescriptions to the Klamath Open Door pharmacy?
A: Please ask any member of our pharmacy team to help you transfer your prescriptions. Call or visit us, and provide us with your insurance information and a list of your medications.

Q: What insurance plans does the Klamath Open Door pharmacy accept?
A: The pharmacy accepts most major insurance plans, including the Oregon Health Plan, Cascade Health Alliance, and most Medicare Part D and private/commercial plans.

Q: Are language services available?
A: The pharmacy uses certified interpreters to communicate with you in your preferred language. We can also print your prescription label and instructions in your language.

Q: If I am a KHP patient, do I have to use our pharmacy?
A: No, Klamath Health Partnership patients can use any pharmacy they prefer.
