Klamath Health Partnership Announces Dr. Jordan Hoese

February 15, 2023

Klamath Falls, OR – Klamath Health Partnership, a leader in patient care, is pleased to welcome Jordan Hoese, MD to the active medical staff.

She joins the practice after the completion of her residency at Cascades East Family Medicine.  She received her Doctorate from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.  While in Texas she also earned her Master of Public Health degree from the UT Houston School of Public Health focusing on Global Health and Health Disparities.

“We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Hoese to our team of outstanding healthcare providers,” said Amanda Blodgett, Chief Executive Officer of Klamath Health Partnership. “Dr. Hoese’s compassionate, welcoming demeanor makes her a perfect fit for Team KHP.”

Originally from southern California, Dr. Hoese interned at the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland where she realized she most enjoyed the boots-on-the-ground approach to health of a family physician, working within communities to promote health, prevent disease and treat illness.  After graduating from residency in 2022, Dr. Hoese chose to stay in Klamath Falls and join KHP, an organization she believes shares her goal of bridging care gaps to meet needs and improve health both at the community and individual level.

Klamath Health Partnership is a Federally Qualified Health Center, a health center program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b. KHP operates Klamath Open Door at 2074 South 6th Street, Campus Convenient Care at 2684 Campus Drive, School Based Health Center at 3013 Summers Lane, Pine Street Open Door at 403 Pine Street, and Chiloquin Open Door at 103 Wasco Avenue in Chiloquin, OR.
