Klamath Health Partnership recently switched to a new electronic health record (EHR) system, which means we have a new and improved patient portal!
If you were previously a portal user or if we already have your email address on file, you should have received an invitation to opt in to our new portal. If you haven’t received the email invitation, please call us at (541) 851-8110 or make sure your email address is up to date at your next visit.
